For Live Events

  • Display the viewer link on confidence monitors facing the presenters
  • Share the agenda link with all participants so they know the schedule
  • Provide the moderator link to session chairs who need to send messages
  • Keep the controller link restricted to the production team

For Virtual Meetings

  • Send the viewer link to presenters before the meeting
  • Share the agenda link in the meeting chat for all participants
  • Use the moderator link for co-hosts who help manage speakers
  • Keep the controller link for the main meeting organizer

For Broadcast Productions

  • Display the viewer link on teleprompter systems
  • Show the agenda link on production monitors
  • Provide moderator links to segment producers
  • Reserve controller links for the technical director and timekeeper

Technical Considerations

  • All links automatically reconnect if connection is temporarily lost
  • Links work on most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Links can be embedded in iFrames if needed for integration with other systems
  • Maximum recommended viewers per timer room: 100 concurrent connections
